i am starting this blog with some hesitation due to an awareness of the nature of an internet blog. the internet is a versatile and useful medium however like all other media, it can be misused. i try to maintain a moral consciousness when it comes to using the internet though i confess to all the guilty pleasures of hours of surfing. nonetheless, i think this will be an engaging and worthwhile project.
